While we strive for accuracy, SafeSiteWatch's monitoring and alerts are provided on an "as-is" basis. False positives and false negatives may occasionally occur. Our service is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool and should not be your sole means of ensuring website security. We recommend maintaining your own security practices alongside our service.
SafeSiteWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.
